Selecting a Financial Model for the Development Feasibility Report
In property development finance no two deals are the same. Every deal is different
with its own unique characteristics. Therefore it is important to set up the financial
model underlying the Feasibility Report to reflect the nature of the transaction.
When the financial model has been set up – which I will do before I send it out –
you can then input the project data you have.
Now you can measure the project's KPIs and equity requirements at each stage
of the deal
During the 60 minute Skype consultancy meeting we will assist you to conceptualise
the feasibility model in your mind and also with inputting the correct line items
and answer any queries you may have. At the end we will discuss the projects
buildability, fundability and profitability.
Feasibility reports must be supported by the correct information
The only constant in property development is change itself so adjust
cost/sales/time inputs etc as the project progresses to see the effect on Residual
Land Value, Return on Equity, Total project Cost or the Development Margin.
